Due to the nature of our business and the products that we sell, items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.
If our product(s) arrive damaged or contaminated in any way, please document the date and time noticed, take pictures of the product(s) and contact us right away. We will send a replacement product after determining if it’s the carrier’s fault.
